Congratulations on the job fair.  Even though I only attended for just over an hour in the afternoon, I liked the format and met one attractive candidate that we have scheduled subsequent interviews for.

I wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the Job Fair.  I loved the concept!  Knowing these students CHOSE to be there and were representing themselves was a much better approach than a traditional job fair.

I think the job fair was a real success.  It was interesting to see the initiative and efforts of the students to present themselves and their qualifications to potential employers.

I thought the fair was great.  I liked the fact that the students we spoke with wanted to be in this area.  We didn’t get a large number of candidates but overall the quality of the candidates was good.  I have two very strong candidates.

We were pleased with the fair. We expected a couple of leads and ended up getting 11!

I just wanted to thank you for organizing the Roanoke Job fair at Virginia Tech today. It was really informative and I learned a lot about the available opportunities. It was a great networking opportunity and I really enjoyed the experience.

I really enjoyed the fair. I thought it was wonderful that instead of me wasting my time talking to companies that might not be interested, they came to me, so I knew they were interested. I was able to talk to companies that I probably wouldn't have approached in a standard fair, and those ended up being the greatest opportunities. I am from the Roanoke area, so I though it was great that these were local companies, because at all the other fairs I found it difficult to find companies in our area. Thank you for organizing this fair, I found it very successful, and well planned.

Thank you for organizing the "reverse career fair." I really enjoyed my experience and found it a lot less tense than the normal career fair setting. Plus, I am really interested in staying in the area and this fair really opened my eyes to what is out there.

I really enjoyed the reverse job fair system. I had opportunities to talk more about my self and my school and job experiences. I felt that I'm more in power and I had more confidence compared to the regular job fair. I think you should continue doing that in the future.
